Based on long years of diverse experience in new product design and development, project management, and team handling in various organizations, as well as in multi-management systems consulting, coaching, training, and implementation in various government, public, and private organizations, and knowledge gained through extensive study and research, Khagesh Mahanta started his start-up ASPIRATIONS CORPORATE in the year 2019. 

Due to the COVID pandemic situation, it had to be temporarily closed down in September 2020 and was restarted at the beginning of 2023.
